Stinging in 1 insition ? Anyone else had this

My right scar is stinging 3 days post op? Xx

I had the odd sting every now and again in my right boob but wasnt constant. The nurse said today it could be that your putting too much pressure on your boobs xxx

I had my strapping off Monday and steri stops put on as they was quite knitted together at the ends. Since the I have had a stinging pain close on my left incision. I am suppose to take my steri strips off today but hesitant to do so as if the wound is open what am I suppose to do?

I’ve had stinging and burning in my left boob hun. My bra is a bit too big so I think it’s from not having enough support. Got a new bra coming tomorrow which should fit better so hoping that will help xxx

I rang emergency nurse she said don’t removed steri strips and ring Leeds clinic in the morning. As I was originally having a nipple lift I was booked in this Saturday for a appointment so I am hoping they can squeeze me in. Would rather they look and check it than me. My mum has been a sister of midwifery for 37 years and she could look but I don’t want her to have the responsibility of something going wrong or getting infected.

I might ring the emergency nurse too then. Need to try and find my red card with details :/ xx

Have you had strapping off yet heather?

I never had strapping. Dr traynor just put Steri strips on and a sports bra. My bra is too big though so I’m hoping once I get one that fits today, I’ll feel better? xx

Sorry gurls I haven’t been online. Apparently the stinging is normal it’s just them nutting back together and healing I had the steri stops off and she said there healing fine just me worrying xx

It’s a massive thing hun we want them to be perfect and to stay healthy so you will worry but asking as you’ve been told it’s ok then it should be 🙂 I’ve changed my bra and feel much better. My left is so much bigger than my right though :/ pics up xx
