Stitches out!

Hi, i’ma bit nervous about how much it’ll hurt getting the stitches out. It is happening friday, should i save some painkillers for that day?! Also has anyone used anything like bio-oil on their scars afterwards to make them less obvious? xx

hey I also get mine out on friday. are they not dissolvable? I have bought bio oil but havent started using it yet xx

Oh i might have to get some. Not sure about the stitches, have you been told urs are? xx

no lol, and it didnt occur to me to ask! yeah im gonna start using it just on the tops and in the middle where the skin has stretched, but wont put them on my scars yet! how you doing anyway? xx

Stitches are dissolvable

You aren’t supposed to use bio oil until week 6, but I put it around the edges before!just don’t put it on scars until nurse tells u too xxxx

Yeah same, feeling really good and the pain hasnt been nearly as bad as i expected!! i did wake up in agony last night though cos id rolled onto my front lol! But apart from that its all good, cant stop looking at them and feeling them lol! xx
