stitches still there at 3 weeks

Is it normal for stitches to still be there 3 weeks post op. I went back to nurse yesterday who removed what I thought was all of them but having got home I noticed my boobs are still prickly with stitches still poking through. I had dissolvable stitches aswell so I thought they would have gone by now. I’m not seeing nurse for another 3 weeks. Will these just disappear in their own or should I go back again?

I had the uplift as well as implants.

I am 10 weeks po, I still had stich til about a week ago x

Did they come out/go by themselves?

Im 8 weeks post op and they only finished coming out a week ago. It takes the body a long time to get the ones poking above the skin to dissolve because theres no body tissue surround the stitch the dissolve it!

7 weeks and still have around 4….just when I think I have no more another pops through my nipple lol
