Stopping smoking before uplift and BA!!!!

Did anyone not manage to srtop smoking before their op?

I did stop for a week before and 2 weeks after.

Its much better for the healing process if you can xx

erm, kinda – but got a bit stressed & had a few the day before! 🙄

& had a few a couple of days later! very naughty – found a good solution in an electronic cigarette (you can buy them online)

much better if you can give up tho xx

i am really gona try hard to stop as im having an uplift and enlargement so i will have more scaring than most i dont want to take any chances…but its going to be so hard!

nany: ive seen those electronic ciggarettes online but they still hve nicotine and tar so its just as bad for u

hey i tried to stop i couldn\’t so i cut down but the day before i smoked like mad i had 1 on the morning of the op and i just smoked as normal the night i got home to x

lol am not but i was really scared but still done it only ba not uplift yeah i am cazxpink on sofem

I smoked throughout mine and my healing went fine!!2 PCs at mya clinic told me they smoked through thiers too, they have to tell u to stop as a precautionary measure so that if u didn’t heal properly they cnt be blamed but I think lots of people carry on smoking as its such a stressful time!!if u can cut down or stop then do, but stress also slows healing down so if its going to make u stressed stopping then just do ur best to smoke a few less each day!xxx
