Strapping :(

Literally feel like I can’t even breathe 🙁 was anyone else like this?! Xx

That’s what I felt like! It felt so tight that whenever I moved I lost my breath, it will be over with soon I had my strapping off yesterday and it’s gone so quick xx

@elle it’s so horrible isn’t it! I feel like it’s restricting me from breathing normally, and stopping me from standing up straight?! Are you happy with the results now you can see without the nightmare strapping On?? Xx

Yessss! Day 3 was the worst for me by far. I thought I was being slowly suffocated xx

Yeah and I kept putting my shoulder up from where it sat under my arm pit! Oh yes so happy! I cant stop looking at them ahah xx

Yeah I feel like they’ve always been a part of me now. Apart from now I stare touch and take photos of them 24/7 hahaha x

Can you recommend anything I can use to try and get rid of the sticky stuff left behind from the strapping?? The nurse said baby wipes and not to rub too much as it can aggravate the swelling, but it’s not really worked. Xx

Hey I’m booked in for December, Just wondering how long do you keep the strapping on for?

I tried baby wipes and they done nothing! Having a shower helped, i literally just rubbed gently to get the rest off x

@amberbrown the strapping stays on for a week. However I had my op on a Sunday, and I had to wait til the Monday to get it off .. so I had mine on for 8 days, rather than the normal 7 xx

@ellie yeah babywipes have done nothing for me either. Not allowed to shower until tomorrow, so will keep trying to get off what I can until then xx
