Strapping and Sports Bras

Really stupid question, but are you supposed to wear a sports bra over the strapping post-op?! And if so, do you need to buy an extra size bigger than planned to accomodate the strapping?!! I’m having my op next month, and not sure what size sports bra to buy. I’m currently 32C/small D and having 410’s- does anyone have any ideas?

I wore my bra over the top as they leave your nipples poking out, lol, which i thought looked a bit funny. I would get an F/FF but go up a back size than you normally take as you don’t want it rubbing on the incisions. Hope this had helped hun. Bet your getting excited now, wish i was having another one soon as i really enjoyed the experience, weird i know. x x x

Will definately wear sports bra over the top if my nipples are sticking out lol! Wow, an F cup sounds big! My surgeon said I should get a DD/E but I wouldn’t complain if I got an F:-) I’ve got 5 weeks to go (and counting!)- can’t wait. Glad all went well with yours. Are you loving your new boobs?

Your right it does sound big, but i had 410cc high profile unders and i have gone up from A cup to about a DD (4 sizes) so thats why i said about F/FF, but they will look fab and they won’t look as big as a really F/FF cup as they are wider more than outwards x x x
