Strapping help me

Hi girls I keep seeing people putting bras over there strapping I haven’t been told to do this I’ve had uplift plus 350s my wrapping is so tight I feel like my ribs are crushing is this normal how long does strapping stay on for I can’t cope with the tightness I’m not in that much pain it’s just the pain on my ribs caused by the strapping I was wondering if it’s due to not wearing my bra on top I never got told any after care feel abit lost on what to do I had my op Thursday please help

Strapping is just for a week.
You can wear your support bra too.

Hi Laura I didn’t wear with my strapping one only the last 2days I wore a loose one (orange one from h&m in my pictures) because it felt looser ! My strapping was pretty tight at 1st I could only take shallow breaths and would get out of breath so easily, it could just be the bruising on your rips rubbing with the strapping just make sure you take lots of pain relief and I’ve to help with the swelling. Xxx

Not sure if my right boob is more swollen cuz it feels tighter the one side I’m so eager I just want to see them i can’t wait
