    Hello ladies. Any tips to loosen up or remove strapping. I am 3 days po, have appointment with the nurse on tuesday to remove strapping but advised over the phone that i can remove it completely or partially if it gets uncomfy without touching the incision site that has fabric and plastic over if. Attached it the picture what it did to my neck :((

    You’re so lucky I don’t get mine removed till Tuesday either can’t have it anymore
