Strapping & sports bra

I have strapping and a macom bra on at the moment, but my boobs feel squashed.. They don’t hurt though! Is this normal for your boobs to feel squashed whilst they’re strapped up?

Yes it’s so annoying for a week my boobs felt like they was trying to break free form strapping wen it come off best feeling ever xx
