strapping tapes

Hey, im 4 days post op and have these huge tapes strapped to my body. When can these be taken off, as they are itchy and sweaty, yukk!

I felt the same!!I took the top one off myself which nurse said was fine but best to leave bottom one on until ur week post op check

i was told to leave all of it on until my 1 week post op check so i did lol x

i trimmed mine at the top after 4 days as it was impossible to wear any clothes to hide the tapes!! you need to leave them on for a week and your nurse should take them off 7-10 days post op. It is awful having them removed but and amazing feeling once their off!!xx
