Straps

Hello all,
I was just wondering if everyone has to wear one of the straps or does it depend on surgeon, under/over. I’m booked in with Dr F and have heard that not everyone needs to wear it?

Hey Hun I had uplift and implants unders 6weeks ago and I had to where a chest band for 4weeks What does this garment do?

Improves the end result of your breasts, enhances breast shape. This is worn instead of bandages as the strapping of bandages can cause blisters. The use of the chest band eliminates risks of blisters and sores forming.

How long do I wear it for?

Patients must wear a chest band for 2-4 weeks post cosmetic surgery. You due to the length of time the garment needs to be worn

Awww your welcome huni recovery it depends on wot your having with my up lift I’ve had 7 weeks off but if its just a BA about 2-3 weeks x

I’ve only got one week off 🙁 and whilst I’m studying at the moment so sitting down a lot, I also am expected to do lots of exercise (cross fit) so speaking to the doctor tomorrow to get my letter and see if I can get signed off. There never seems to be a good time to get it done! xxx

I’m so your doc will give u a sick note if u need one but u take aslong as u need x
