Hey. No one can tell you whether you do or don’t need surgery and whether you should or shouldn’t have it. What are the ups and downs you’ve been having? Xx

People have been telling me I don’t need one, fake boobs aren’t a nice look etc
But then I love the look of some of the outcomes of surgery on here and I think it would equal my body shape out as I’m bottom heavy!
Then I’m worried they’ll look to big or fake and I don’t really want the fake look at all!
It’s all I think about every day I’m just so indecisive xx

Gina, it is completely up to you.
If you don’t feel confident or comfortable in your own skin and you think a BA will make you feel better then you should go for it.
There are so many before and after photos on here, some ladies want theirs to have a faker look, some want natural.
Other people don’t see our boobs the way we see them, and will say oh you don’t need one, they’re fine as they are ect, but at the end of the day it’s up to you and nobody can decide for you.
If you tell the surgeon that you want them to look natural, then he will offer you sizes to suit your request.

    Hey @ginamartinexo

Because you already have a good amount of breast tissue your breasts will look lovely and natural with a BA and not fake at all.

I’ve been told the same by other people, they all say I don’t need one and my response is exactly the same as Hayley’s, they only see my boobs in a bra which makes them look so much bigger than they are. It’s so difficult to argue your case when people don’t see what you see.

I was worried that my boobs might look fake with BA but that is no longer a worry after doing my research and seeing the surgeon. Some surgeons focus more on the more fake looking breasts and others steer away from that completely. With MYA you’ll be recommended a surgeon(s) that meets your needs when you have a consultation – I was recommended Dr. Fiumara and Dr. Marcellino, both focus more on natural breasts.

I have small breasts and very little breast and fatty tissue at the top of my breasts and I was really quiet concerned that because there is little of me to cover the implants, that they would look really odd and dome like. However, there are different placements (under and over the muscle), different shape implants (moderate, moderate plus, high profile, ultra high profile etc.), and of course different sizes to give you the look you want. My surgeon listened to my needs and has suggested something which will take me up a couple of cup sizes and will look as natural as possible.

If you’ve not already had a consultation I would definitely book one as they’ll put you at ease and answer all the questions you have.

    Xx

I had the same thing, why you don’t need them, don’t you know about the risks, they will look fake and loads of other negative things. At the end of the day it’s your decision and you have to ignore other people’s opinions. I havnt told that many people just 2 close family members who will be helping with childcare and my closest friends as I don’t want anyone else knowing, not because I want to hide the fact that I will be having my boobs done but because I don’t want to justify why I’m having it done over and over again to people
Do what makes you feel happy, other people are never going to truly understand how something you don’t like about yourself can get you down on a daily basis. You must make yourself happy not other people x

Hi lovely, worrying is always natural as it is such a big decision to make, however at the end of the day it’s your body and 100% upto you. I would say that if you’re not sure then to hold off a little bit until you decide 100% xx

@leah6070 book a consultation, it’ll give you all the answers you need. My breasts are naturally quite far apart and although I’ll never have cleavage, it will be an improvement. Xx

Thanks girls for what you have posted. I’ve heard all the same anti surgery arguments, but it’s about how I feel. More determined than ever now!

I have wanted mine done for 15 years and finally now took the plunge. Many people said I didn’t need it but I knew that for me to feel as confident as I wanted to be, that it was the right thing in the end. I’ve had 4 children so my breasts have changed massively and I wanted to feel fuller and ‘back to normal’. Only you know in your heart what the right thing to do is. Go and see a surgeon or even a couple and see what they say. They’ll help you decide if it’s right for you. x
