Hi girls did anyone get stretch marks after their BA?? Think I can see one under my strapping and will be soo gutted if my new boobs are ruined by them ! 🙁 feel so upset and scared to have my strapping off in case my boobs are covered in stretch marks 🙁 xxxx
Firstly, stretch marks may naturally occur because the skin has been stretched in a very short space of time.
Secondly, they fade! I had stretch marks on my boobs aged 12 (imagine how that felt!) but I actually cannot see them anymore. Eventually you’ll be able to use products to help reduce the effects of stretch marks.
To be honest, it’s a risk you take with the surgery, the skin is going to react when stretched suddenly.
I used bio oil on mine, had loads when I was growing up and lost weight actually and it really helps them, tho not sure how long you have to wait to use it after a BA due to the incisions x
Yeah I was using a stretch mark preventer cream before my op so hopefully that would have helped! I’ve just never had them before so would be a shame if I got them on my new boobies xxxx
This is the thing I’m worried about too. I’ve been using a mixture of coco butter and bio oil for the last 4 months so fingers crossed! It might just be a mark from the strapping dude! Don’t worry about it too much and I heard they fade really quickly! Xxxx
