Hi girls I get my BA in just over a month. I was wondering what is best to use to prevent stretch marks and how soon before op should I start using it?
Hey, I used cocoa butter in the morning and bio oil at night two weeks before my BA and am continuing to do this…so far so good! xx
Thanks! Think I’m going to do the same. Do you have to get a certain type of palmers cocoa butter? Just I know they have original but then there is a pregnancy one and a one for breast elasticity? X
im the same used cocoa butter and bio oil, im a week post op tomorrow and rub it in up to the dressing. Never got any on my boobs with 2 pregnancys but did on my belly I think its luck.
same as dolly i used cocoa butters stretchmark massage lotion in mornin & bio oil at night every day for about a month before my op, and still do it every morning & nite (im 13wks post op) and i took zinc & vit e tablets all this time which is meant to help. but i still got stretchmarks
its weird ud think theyd come straight away but they didnt show til 11weeks xx
Going to sound weird now but I quite enjoy massaging my big boobies, think its something ill stick to as some people got them later on.
haha same i quite enjoy it too definately gonna carry on doin it hopefully itl make the ones that have appeared fade a lil x
Thank you for the advice girls. Im so impatient my op isn’t until 4th April just wish it was now! X
Bio oil makes me itch, whats the equivalent? X
I got this cream called ”Cellular Boost by SH’ZEN” it was bought in south africa. maybe you can find it online. It smells amazing, is not greasy yet skin feels toned and full of moisture. I use that combined with palmers and bio oil. think bio oil is overated though.
I have developed stretch marks and just a few days ago bought ‘Mamma mio goodbye stretch marks’. Its primarily for pregnant people and it is pricey at £45 a tube but its been highly recomended at getting rid of stretch marks if u have already developed some, 45 pounds doesnt seem alot to make them go away/stop them getting worse
x
Cheers xx
