strips over your scars…..

I know mr singh uses the tape so I’m expecting to be taped up for a week. After the week when I go back and have my tape removed do I still have strips left on the scars? And if I do for how long? Xx

After my op with dr russo i have steri strips and dressing, at post op with nurse she took all this off, showed me my scars then covered them again with fresh steri strips, she said i could shower from then on and those steri strips would come off by themselves in a matter of days, 2 weeks later they were still on so i peeled them off, the nurse gave me some extra to put on if the incisions feel a bit exposed xx

Ahh ok that doesn’t sound to bad then. I’ve heard the tape is horrible but I can’t imagin the steri strips to be too bad. Thanks girls xx

I used the steri stips for weeks my choice,I just felt more secure with the scars covered, I felt like the strips helped to flatten mine,but thats probably just my imagination,wether it did or not Im not sure,xxx
