Struggling to get appointments???

Has anyone else struggled to get a 3 month post op surgeon appointment?
They wouldn’t let me book at my 6 week check and I’ve phoned and tried to book one a few times but they said there wasn’t any availability with my surgeon for at least a month later on a day I can’t do. They wouldn’t give me an alternative and said they’d phone back but never did.
It isn’t really filling me with confidence!

Does anyone know where else Mounir does consultations, i don’t know if it might be worth me phoning somewhere else to see if they have availability. 🙁

I was due my 12 week appointment mid December with Mr Mounir but didn’t have it until the end of January due to Christmas etc. I didn’t have any problems apart from swelling still in my right boob so actually thought it was better as it gave them more time to settle. I think if there’s any issues they would fit you in sooner x

Which clinic are you with Emily? x

I’m not with the same surgeon but booked my 12 week surgeon appointment when I was 10 days po as nurse reccommended booking early as they can be hard to get x

Nottingham, I tried to book it early but they wouldn’t let me and I’m still struggling to get through to anyone because no one seems to answer the phones by the time I finish at work

Sorry to hear that, i know Mr Mounir works from Newcastle and Manchester also but that would be a huge treck for you, if you continue to have no luck in speaking to your own clinc maybe call head office to get advice on your situation there based in Harrogate and obviously not the department you need but may have a suggestion, also it’s nothing to do with the Newcastle clinic whatsoever but Charlotte takes most of the calls there and she is extremely efficient and helpful and im sure would at least be able to give some advice, good luck Emily hope you can get to see him soon xxx
