Hi Laura91, I am 5 days PO I has 385unders from 32a, I bought a few different sizes, 34d, 34dd & 36d just incase of swelling, when I came round after the operation all of the bras were too big and my husband had to nip out to m&s to get a 34c which was ok for a while but soon got too tight and I started wearing the 34d which again is getting a bit tught due to swelling. If you go to tesco or asda they do good high impact sports bras for £7 so you can buy a few different sizes. Hope that helps & good luck for your op. Love Vicky xx

Just get the MaCom hun, you only need to buy small, med, or large and the cups are expandable so will fit when you are swollen, and when the swelling goes down. It doesn’t irritate your scars like the other sports/ post surgery bras, and it fastens at the front. Don’t waste your money on the others.

Get it here and enter the code “mybreast” for a 15% discount – https://www.macom-medical.com/products-40-breast_augmentation_surgical_bra.html xx
