Sorry in advance… Is it ok to have ur hair dyed a few days before ba op????

Hmmm i wouldn’t have thought that it would be a problem, think I had mine done about a week before the op. A girl wants to look her best on the operating table lol

Yes well I thought it best I have it done b 4 op as I can’t c me going after op for a while! Lol. Thank u…. Also do u know if it makes a difference if u have ur period at time of op?

i dyed my hair a few days before an checked with nurse an it was fine. period shud b ok bt check with nurse jst so their aware

Kirsties honey, in the pre-op medical pack of information I was given it does say that it is preferred if ladies are not menstruating day of op…check with your nurse though honey xxx

my cycle stopped the day of the op luckily. You cant wash propoer after n you arent very mobile so it wouldnt be a nice feeling. Also coz your having an op you get given them lovely big operation designer knickers (great look honest) I could have fit 5 of my bums in lolol. So all in all best for you if you not on a cycle but not much u can do otherwise really
