sudafed after nose op??

Hi guys i am 3 months post rhinoplasty and have a really bad cold, does anyone know if it will be ok to take sudafed to help with congestion and reduce mucus? or shall i not risk it?

I can’t get in touch with anyone guess it is Sunday tho..my nose hurts a bit too…little pains shooting down it (if u know what I mean lol) hope you feel better soon hingsy xx
