Sudden movement 2days po

Omg I’m panicking girls just felt like I was gnna fall back down the stairs a and made a sudden movement with my arms now I’m panicking I’ve messed my chest mucles has any1 made sudden movements at all? Xxx

OUCH i bet that hurt! my little sister elbowed me in the boob this morning and i panicked too! (5 days Post-op)… I’m sure it will be ok but check for bruising and change in the shape of your boobs! and then maybe mention it to your nurse in your follow up 🙂 xxx
