suggested size of implant

Hi girls,
Just after a bit of advice. I went for my first consultation today with Transform.
I am currently a 34a and the surgeon recommended getting 325 naturelle soft touch implants and said this could take me up to 3 cup sizes so a 34d. However, I was hoping to go a bit bigger and have seen other girls who were also a’s go up to anything up to 500c!
The surgeon said any bigger could put me more at risk of rippling. Is it worth getting another surgeons opinions?

I’m booked in for this week for 500cc going from a fuller A. I’m having partials which are meant to be less risk for rippling, but obviously there’s never any guarantees. My friend had hers done with MYA, she went from AA too DD/E with 400cc. She’s had no problems at all and hers look amazing a year on. Definitely think it’s worth a second opinion. Xx

Thanks for the reply. I was just a bit disappointed I went all that way and then didnt get the answers I was hoping for.
Annoying as well because I cancelled my MYA consultation for the transform one!
What are these partial implants you mention? Dont think my surgeon mentioned these?

You can always rebook your consultation, it’s permanent so you need to be completely happy. I’d really recommend Dr Singh if you are looking to go bigger, he’ll offer you up to the biggest size you could safely have and he’s very reassuring. Partials are the name of subfacial placement of implants, which is neither over or under the muscle and is meant to give you a more natural look. Although the other methods may do this too just depends on the individual and their shape 🙂 xxx

Worth a second opinion but bare in mind girls have different percentage of breast tissue and fat , so don’t always go on bra cup size. Ask at least another surgeon if you have enough tissue to cover the cc amount you want! Maybe talk about going under muscle as well.., less rippling risks xx

Whom did you see at transform? I have seen Singh at MYA and booked to see Borghini on 30th, however, I might not bother. Since no one will offer bigger size than Mr Singh who has offered me 400 / 455 cc ultra high profile. I am a 32a atm. You can add me and have a look at my b4s, if you like. xx

Thanks for the replies. I know its only early days for me into all of this, I guess just had a different view on how today should have went!
I will deffo be booking another consultation with MYA when I am next able to come to Notts and mention these partial implants and see what they say!
Just want boobies now!
