sun burn feeling when i touch boob?? normal??

agony!! my left one is fine but the right one burns to touch, its still not dropped etc but not inflamed/red or anything, just really hurts n my bra is constantly rubbing it n hurting me i had my op on 18th may. im about an hour drive away from the clinic so didnt wanna go see the nurse unless i really needed to. should i worry or will it settle by itself? i still cant sleep on my right side or anything whereas i can on my left n not much pain at all in that one. thanks in advance!

Hey if your worried get it checked out hun, although when i was early post op i had really hot boobs, put a forehead thermometer on them too and it was 100! it was also a sign of infection but nurse checked me and said its ok and that is normal too lol! xx
