sunbed/gym/scars

Hi girls
I am 5weeks post op yesterday. 6wks next Friday.
Who has used a sunbed yet? Any tips shall cover scars with bra?
Im dying to go to the gym even just legs anyone recommend this?

Also, i been mmoisturising top parts of my boobs but can i now moisturise my scars with scar cream or at 6wks? What scar cream do you use ? Thanks xxx

Hi hun haven’t seen you on here for a while. I was told sunbeds are ok but you must cover your scars with like a bandeau top/ bra. Best see what nursr say at 6 week check. I have been and bought Remescar from boots this morning it was £19.99 as my scars have gone hypertrophic then seeing Mr Kazzazi on 10th March to see what he says. Gym should be fine if you just work your legs I have been walking 10 miles 3 times a week.

I went on a sunbed about 4 week post post just covered them up, I wouldn’t put anything on your scars until your 6 week check hun just to make sure everything’s okay 🙂
