Sunbeds?

I’m now 8 days post op, had my pre op yesterday and the nurse was really happy with how I’m healing and the incisions are ok.
I forgot to ask how soon I can go back on sunbeds? I would plan to keep my boobs and the incisions fully covered for at least the next two months but has anyone got any advice about the dos and donts? X

I tried to reply with the YouTube link for the mya pre op guidelines but its awaiting moderation ?.

Anyway it says avoid for 6 weeks post op ?

They told me don’t go on a sunbed for six weeks and make sure you cover you’re scars for 6-12 months till fully healed

I’ve researched this and asked and you can’t really find much online.. I was just told to keep the scars covered if you don’t want them going dark.. I went on one two weeks po as they are a massive thing for me!
