Hi, im 14 days po and my skin is really uncomfortable bit like sunburn. I bought a new bra from tesco at the wkend a high impact one in 36dd and it does feel really tight so im using it for sleeping in as it keeps them secure. But do you think this is causing the feeling on my skin?

No honey, the sunburned feeling can be due to the skin stretching,I read this on the internet,if you are concerned ring your nurse I am sure it is part of the healing process as others have posted experiencing similar sensations post op,but check with the nurse honey,She will be able to put your mind at rest.xxx

Give them time honey,it will take a while for them to drop in to a more natural position, you are still very early days in terms of them softening and dropping, under’s do tend to take a little bit longer than overs to drop, from what other members have posted on the forum.Re the skin pulling it dose’nt mean that you will get stretch marks,it depends on the skins elasticity and whether or not you are prone to stretch marks, the nipple can tend to throb also, many members have posted about this, the healing process affects all of us in different ways, you poor thing your having a terrible time of it,we tend to worry about everything in the first couple of weeks, all I can say is try not too honey, let the healing take place, because in a few days they will change again, check all of this out with your nurse, make a list if you have to, so that all of your questions are answered and you can relax a little more.xxx
