Support bra – how long to wear it

I’m a bit confused and need help! Lol

I know they say to wear the support bra for two weeks constantly, but after two weeks what do you do?! Do you just wear it in the day then leave it off for bed?! Or still wear it all the time?!

Still wear it after two weeks hun, but you can release them now and again to let them breath haha!! But always wear one for bedtime for support. Some girls have gone out for a couple of hours without any and have been fine. All in all, you have to wear it until your 6 weeks check up – the nurse then gives you the go ahead to wear sexy new BIG bras 😀 xx
