Surgeon Mr. Chantarasak

Hi there.

I’m having my BE operation on 22nd June (two weeks) and I’m extremley nervous. My surgeon is Mr. Chantaraska, is there anyone out there I can have a chat with who has already had the procedure done with him. I have been thinking of having this done for the last 15 years, i’m so nervous but a little excited as well. x

He was my surgeon and i’m now a week tomorrow post op! He does such a great job there’s nothing to be nervous about! Hes a nice guy, hes not the most talkative but def spoke more on the day to put me at ease haha! If you got any questions il be happy to help! xx

I’m staying overnight in Highgate, London as I’m a little over an hour away. I haven’t told my Mum or Dad just my sister so it’s nice to talk to other ladies who are going or been through this procedure. I’m 38 years old and I have been wanting to do this for a very long time.

I’m quite small on top and this has made me feel very insecure for most of my life. Passed relationships have been affected by this and I have decided now was the right time to get it done. I’m so looking forward to buying my first bikini and going on the beach and even going swimming in my local swimming baths. I have already thrown away all my old bras lol.

Talking of bras, did they give you one after surgery or do you bring your own with you. I’m seeing the nurse tomorrow at Holborn so I will ask a few more questions then but I was just wondering.

I have this fear of seeing them for the first time, not quite sure what I’m going to feel.

Awh thats a great first step to make!! Its abit scary thinking about it but honestly everyone at Mya are lovely and they’ll put you at ease! You’ll see a patient co ordinator which is you choose to go ahead with it she will be yours too, she will go through the costs, what to expect, answer any questions you may have and health questions etc. You may be able to see a surgeon the same day (i managed too a hour later so poped down to starbucks then came back!) With the surgeon you’ll just talk about what size you’d like to be and he/she will discuss with you the sizes they think will suit you and your frame and also over or under (where they put the inplant over or under your muscle) and any questions you have. You’ll also get a chance to put the implant up against you to see what it would look like.

You bring a sports bra to the hospital with you hun, i was firsty all taped up so i put the sports bra on the day after xx

Thanks babe, I’m already booked in for Tuesday 22nd June at Highgate just waiting for the letter to see what time I’m going down. Yes I agree, MYA’s staff are all very friendly and very helpful. I’m seeing the nurse tomorrow for my post-op I suppose they are checking my blood pressure and generally checking that I’m fit for surgery.

Yes a positive step to a brigher future I believe.

I think I’m going to have to buy a few baggy tops so that no one at work will notice and gradually introduce my new boobies to the world. I must start talking about how much I’m eating and how much weight I’m putting on lol.

I have decided to have the implant under my breast muscle as I would like a natural shape and my surgeon has agreed. I’m hoping to become a C cup. I’m quite small framed on top so any bigger would look silly on me.

I’m so glad that you are happy with your result, I agree Mr. Chatarasak is a man with few words but he seems very nice. A little nervous standing naked exposing my breast to a complete stranger but he put me at ease. Can I ask one more question, what do you wear in the operating threatre, pyjama bottoms or do they give you a gown?

Oooh good luck! You’ll be happy with the result he does a great job! Yeah the pre op is just blood pressure, telling them if your on any medication currently (if you are just bring in a repeat script copy for them) and just weight, height messaurements, and they also take a pre op picture for your file which is rarther embarssing!

Haha yeah i think everyones nervous with that! the good way of thinking of it is he see’s alot everyday lol! What size are you if you don’t mind me asking? im very tiny a size 6 so i couldnt go very big either! i had 230s under the muscle.

Of course, you can ask as many as you want! Ha yeah there is a gown for you to wear on the bed when you walk into your room, after Mr C comes in to see you and draw on you then you put it on, the nurse also comes in to measure you for vert sexy paper stockens and paper knickers! xx

I’m a size 10 around the hips and tiny waist size 8. I can’t remember what size I have gone for I think a 325 or 340 I think I could be wrong. I’m currently a 32B or even an A cup but I wear padded bras so I’m not sure.

Omg that’s going to be embrassing standing having my photo taken lol lol.

You’re tiny size 6 wow!!

So I have to wear paper stockings, paper knicerks, have pen over my boobies and I expect that will all be in bright lighting lol oh the price of beauty! hahaha.

How are you finding the discomfort, are you able to sleep o.k. How soon to you notice the swelling going down, were you bruised at all?

Haha i have to say i thought she was joking! I looked at her like, really?! but luckily you put it all on in your room then you get walked to theatre!

See i think personally your the ideal size, id love to be a size 10! 325 or 340s should suit your frame great, either even if your big A or B hopefully it should bring you to a C. I know im absoulty tiny, thats why the biggest i could get was 230s or 260s, i chose the 230s as he suggested as the 260s would look more fake and im so happy i listened to him!

Lol yeah the pictures are pretty embarssing.. its like a mug shot before you go into prision..but of your boobs! But its just for your file and no one but the surgeon see’s it.

The discomfort is bareable, the first few nights its difficult to sleep but it starts to get better after a few nights, ive noticed the swelling go down within the week to be honest but mine werent really bruised at all! i expected them to be but their not.. he did a great job! The only thing that hurt first of all was my ribs but that was probably because im so skinny! xx

But i have noticed they have changed alot even only just a week! xx

Karen just like U I have wanted this soo bad for years. I’m 28 and got 2 littles ladies aged 8 and 4…. I’ve got roughly same build as you (10 hips, 8 waist) only my bra size currently is a sorry old 34aa … I’m having my boobies done on the same day, same place and same surgeon as you!! (hoping to be a c cup) (I 100% understand how U long to buy bikini’s and go on holiday etc, I’m the same. Cry at the sight of underwear sometimes cos I hate myself so much)

I live in Newport, Wales so Highgate is about 3 hr drive, i’m staying in over night and my other half is staying in local hotel down the road.

I’m also having 260cc unders and I have no idea what to expect??? some people say c cup which I’m aiming for and some say they can wear a d cup which scares me lol .. never had a set of puppies b4 and d cup sounds hhoooooge

What are you stats babe? you see im very tiny like size 6 and i had 230s which at the mo im wearing a 32D sports bra but honestly they dont look huge at all! fake boobs look smaller then real ones, and when the swellings gone down there most likely to be a C. So if your my size or size 8 you’ll def achieve a C with 260’s but most likely need a D for the first few weeks! Ive put my story of the day on this forum so your more then welcome to read it, but in a nutshell everyone there is REALLY nice and put you at ease. The GA is also nothing to worry about.. i was terrified!! but i didnt know that i fell asleep and was being wheeled back in my room before i knew it! xx

hey ceri im same size as you having 280s and he said c and d in rare rare cases, i am relating so so much 2 ur story im 23 have 3 sons and cant look in the mirror have to put a bra with fillets in rain or shine as soon as i get out the bath as i cant look st myself with out it.

im in on wednesday for unders 260s will be great for ur size definatley.

hey girls, i had 260cc unders with Dr C and im now a 30d/32d, sometimes a 30e, Dr C was brilliant, im pretty small (size 8, 7 1/2 stone, 5’2) so he said 260s or 300s, but recommended 260s, so i went with them cos i was worried 300s would be too big, they look SUPER natural and i love them!! xxx

wow … I plan on doing my own little picture case study … they look fab chic fair play!! I’m expecting the high ‘in your face’ obvious look for the first few wks maybe few months but nice to see how they drop and setlle into a natural position. ive heard unders r more painful but thats why u get pain killers i suppose, good luck hun where u going? x

yeah ive had a bit of tightness but nothing else i think the morphine is doing it lol, highgate is lovely the nurses r so friendly i was back in my room exactly an hour afterwards i was there for a while though but they wanted me to eat n be comfortable when i left, they do look after u, im sure u will be fine hun just know u wont be able to push urself up in bed lol i was shuffling all over the place xx
