Surgeons and natural size?

Hi everyone

I am due to go in for my first consultation in london on Tuesday. (have finally got my boyfriend to agree to come with!)

I am currently a 34B but have been wanting to be bigger for about 10 years. I would love to go to a 34D/DD. I am a size 8-10. Could anyone recommend a surgeon in London who will give me the most natural look?

Welcome to the forum,I am one week post op and the surgeon I chose was Mr Kazzazi just because he is a breast specialist and they do look natural once he has his hands on you! I am over the moon with mine, I wanted a natural look and not the fake look and I have achieved what I wanted, I did a lot of research on Mr Kazzazi and viewed lots of pictures of his work and loved the results he achieved. I didn’t go and see any other surgeon I knew I wanted Mr Kazzazi. I will be posting my pics tomorrow.Hope this helps

I was a 36/38b prior to my op, which ever surgeon you choose will take various measurements of your upper body and will tell you what size implants will fit inside and what type of implant such as high profile and low profile and whether they will be under the muscle or over the muscle. Mr Kazzazi did ask what size I wanted to be I replied a D cup and he advised that to suit my body frame he would have to put in 550cc implants low profile under the muscle as I wanted to achieve a natural look my size now is 38e they don’t look huge just inproportion to my body frame. I am 5ft 11, I would advise you to go with whatever your surgeon suggests

It was with dr Singh. He specialises in big boobs.. But he is well experienced with over 25years. I wanted natural shape boobs.

I was small a/aa.. This was my second ba. I’m 17days post op and it happy with results so far. I’m 5’2 size 6/8. Athletic built. I had texture round high profile over 495cc.

Depending on ur size body they say 120-150cc is a cup size.

Also, shape will also depend on ur natural shape of ur boobs, it basically be the same shape but bigger.

My 1st ba, 5years ago, I was a 30dd/32d equivalent to 34c. With 230ccleft/260ccright. X

hey hun, i cant comment on a surgeon in london cz i had mine in manchester, with gary traynor who specializes in doin natural look. i was 34B had 345cc overs and now a 34E but look a D. feel free to add me and look at my pics, jst so u realise it is poss to have a natural look, as this was my biggest worry, because i saw so many ppls pics which i didnt think were natural enuf for what i wanted. best of luck, jst do alot of research in to surgeon and take his advice xx

I thought i knew about breast implants, but had no idea that there were textured implants or not. AHHH!

My boyfriend is scared they won’t feel real, so taking him along to feel the implants.

Yeah in London. I went thru to dr singh directly as it was cheaper as well. He has surgery is called enhance your body, It was almost 1000 difference..

You can find him just search him on google enhance your body..

Textured means the implant is rough, supposing it reduces capsular contraction..

Most use textured anyway.

With regards to over and unders.. Over take less time to recover and less/no pain compared to unders, however unders gives less projection so looks more natural but take longer to settle.. But normally unders is because there’s not enough breast tissue. Depends on surgeons as well.. Teardrop also gives natural look but all these are arguable…

I have always wanted natural shapes, perky boobs but I guess it depends how u define natural. If u like mine (they are only 17 days post op so stil settling) then u should get pics what you want and show it to the surgeon when you go for yur consultation an that will help. Don’t worry about size. As long as u communicate exactly what you want which photos will definitely help, the surgeon can determine the right implants for you.. X

Oh, boobies will be soft to feel so yu don’t have to worry about that.. It will take a few months for it to soften after post op.. Soft but firmer than real boobs

When I had my first ba I was a 30dd/32d, everyone thought they were real even after they were feeling it xx

thank u! i had the allergan inspira responsive impants which i paid £300 more for because my surgeon said i wud achieve a more natural look with these, and they have less chance of capsular contracture, rupture and rippling, plus a lifetime guarantee. i think they r wel worth the extra money! try dermatix scar sheets after, iv been using them for 3months and my scars are great nw! wil put new pics on soon xx

Overs. Haha… My bf was like I don’t understand but they are your boobs. After he took me home post op, I said u wanna see them and he was like not exactly… And 2 weeks later I asked again, and he was like in ur bra is fine but I don’t wanna see big scars if it’s without bra… And said you can’t notice scars so he saw them first time and said they looked good.

I had my first ba after me and him broke up so when we got back together, he was like why!.. U didn’t need to.. I was like well I have always wanted them bigger..

When u start wearing sexy lingeries they will not complain!.. X

Chels, when did u start using the silicone sheets… I want to use them at 3 weeks po. Asap really..

I remember using the gel after my first ba and theyhelped but dont remember when..

His I’m with dr chantrasak and I’ve been told he favours the natural look and won’t let you go too mahussive! He does the biggest size to suit your frame. I’m 5″2 size 10 and the biggest he offered me was 435(also offered 380 and I’m having overs) before I would start to look inhuman!!! I’m an empty 34 a at the mo. Dr c works our of highgate, don’t know if that helps xxxx good luck

hi elena, I had my ba in London with Mr Adamo, lovely man and if you want to see a couple of different surgeons, then he is worth seeing I was also a 34B and wanted bigger but as natural as poss boobs, and very happy with them. Scars are great too, and right in the crease. Definitely worth seeing as many surgeons as possible, and just go with the one that makes you feel most comfortable x

hi Elena, I had my ba in August 2009 had Allergan CUI implants, 380 cc hp overs nice and squidgy have accepted your friend request so you can see Mr Adamo’s handiwork x

My chap loves my new boobs and they’re only 4 weeks post op. He was sceptical before and initially thought they were rock solid (they were), but now they;re softer he absolutely loves em! And also loves the fact they’re so firm and full! Your bf wont complain once they’re in!
