Hi everyone!!!

My surgery is all done, and I love the results!!!!! I am still sitting in Highgate Hospital as I am typing this, hardly any pain at all!

I am 5’4, 115 lbs, 34B. I was aiming to be a D/DD cup. I decided on Mr. Adamo as my surgeon, as I had liked the pictures of his work, and he was so easy to talk to, he made me feel really comfortable. I saw him three times before my surgery! Anyways, as you can see from my pics, I had incredibly saggy breasts, snoopy ears! They were really saggy, pointed in different directions and to the sides, were really far apart, were very uneven, one breast was bigger than the other. Without a bra, I had absolutely no cleavage. Due to this, we decided on doing both a lift and BA on me, with 345 cc overs, high profile.

My surgery was scheduled for last week, but at the last minute, I changed my mind. I decided not to do the lift, as I have not had kids yet, and was not comfortable with all the scars associated with the lift. I had another consultation with Mr. Adamo, in hopes that getting a big enough implant would fill out my excess skin and give me the fullness and volume that I desired. After the consultation, we decided between 375 and 400 ccs, high profile, ultimately deciding on the 400s.

I was so so nervous that this would be too big, as I wanted the natural look, have a very petite frame, and was scared that the implant wouldn’t give me enough of a lift so they would still be saggy. After reading so many messages on the forum, I decided to go ahead with the 400ccs, better to be too big than too small and I did not want to have any regrets at the end of the day.

My check-in was 10AM today at Highgate Hospital. I got there, and filled in some forms. The nurse then showed me to my room, where she showed me my gown and stockings, and measured my blood pressure, height and weight, etc. Mr. Adamo then came in after a few hours to mark me. I discussed once again my fears of going too big, but he said that the 400s would give me the added volume, fullness, and width that I need to create nice cleavage. I decided that going a little bit bigger than I had initally anticipated was worth not having to do the lift and getting scars.

I was wheeled into theater at around 1 PM, where the anesthesia knocked me out. I was so so so nervous, but Mr. Adamo made me feel comfortable the entire time. Next thing I knew, I woke up around 2:45, looked down, and I had boobies!!!!! I was wheeled back to my room, and the nurse took my blood pressure, got me water and tea, etc. I looked at my boobies in the mirror and loved them!!! They are no longer saggy and uneven, nor do they point in two separate separations anymore. They are also symmetrical and full!!! After the swelling goes down a bit, I think that they wil be a great size for my frame. Like many other girls told me, don’t be afraid of going too big!!! I was surprised at how litle pain I felt. I have absolutely no bruising (think the arnica and bromelain helped), and was alert as soon as I woke up! I was able to move up and about right away, and could raise my arms with no problems.

I am still at the hospital and feel absolutely great1!! My chest doesn’t even hurt, and I am so pleased with the results!!! I know that in a few years, I may need a lift, but I am happy with these as is! Mr. Adamo and all of the nurses at Highgate are absolutely wonderful. They are so comforting and helpful. Mr. Adamo, in my opinion, does amazing work, and he is just so reassuring as well!!! He really made me feel at ease, and I think they he did a great job on my boobies!!! He is a great surgeon, with a beautiful bedside manner!

Uve put my mind at ease as u seem so pleased with the results, I’m a nervous wreck at the moment. I’m having partial unders so will b in more pain. But I’m so happy 4 u ur almost pain free xx

hey hun im pretty much the same as you..after recently havin a baby they seem saggy to me but im unsure if i need both uplift and enlargement, obviously would rather only need the enlargement. so if that will create the look im after it would be great. ive friend requested you as would love to see ur before n after pics to help me decide thanks

hi jasmine, you should get a couple of consultations from different doctors. It’s really hard deciding whether you need a lift or not. For me, I decided it wasn’t worth it, as I haven’t had any kids yet, and I knew that in all likelihood, they would sag even more after breastfeeding, and I would need another lift. I was also not too keen on the scars as well, although alot of people have told me that they fade away pretty well over time.

Luckily for me, inserting a bigger implant was able to create a fuller look for me, and filled out my excess skin pretty well. I don’t know if it works for everyone though.

Thanks everyone, Mr. Adamo had alot to work with, my breasts were so unsightly before! And I was so worried about sizing before, but am so glad that I went with the 400 ccs, can’t wait until they drop and settle in the next few weeks, and I can buy some nice bras!

Yeah, you lose a bit of size with unders, at least 10-15% from what I heard! x
