Surgery Booked…. 410 HP suggested??

Hi girls, I am so excited, had first consultation with the surgeon today, he advised I could have unders or overs and offered me either 380 or 410 high profile, loved the look of the 410 so have provisionally said thats the way I’ll go. I am a 32A/B at present, 5ft 6, size 8 and 8st 6 and want to end up with a full D cup. Do you think its a good size to go for and has anyone got any picture with similar stats???

Also can’t decided on unders or overs???

Have booked surgery for the 16th April!!!

I loved the look of the 410’s too, someone I know was roughly your height and a size 32B and had 410 medium profile, and they look so natural and gorgeous on her, they took her up to a DD/E… So that would do the same for you… The 380’s will take you to a full C/small D.

Also every one always says go a bit bigger as you get used to the size quickly.. I intend to have children in the future so they will change shape and may need re-doing so im so stuck… I feel so confused as to what size I should go for!

So im not sure whether to have the 380’s or 410… Much preferred the 410 look in the sports bra!

In regards to overs and unders, the girls on here say that with unders it takes slightly longer to heal, maybe a bit more painful, but apparently they look more natural?

I have been suggested medium profile 380 or 410 overs, (and I have opted for Inspira inplants), and im shortish, size 10, probably 9 stone… So will see what I decide on crunch time…

hi fairydust,i am 5 days post op with 410 hp overs and currently wearing a 30 e bra..

stats are 5’5 size 10 8st 3lb very very happy with the result so far. xxx

I was a 34a size 10 and about 8 stone 6.. I had 410 unders with hardly any pain, enough so that I was back into my job of spray tanning 48hours after my op.

I am now buying 32DD bras but unfortunately over the last 2 days my left boob is falling out .. looks like it’s gonna be a 32E ..not that I can find them sizes without paying over £15 a bra!! Oh well, least I have boobs.

You do get used to the size quickly though so I’d deffo say bigger. Add me to look at pics if you like x

Hi Girls, thanks for your info. Sizing is so difficult isn’t it! So worried that I won’t be happy as some girls wished they had gone bigger etc. (I think it’s also a little bit of boob greed) lol. He has recommended HP but again don’t want to get the fake ball effect. Also kinda wished he just said you can only have unders or you can only have overs. Now trying to weigh up the pro’s and con’s of both. Not so worried about the pain because if im having it done away I want it to be right. Aghhh decisions!!!

Yes I thought not alot of him hear but you can google him has a great following. He is also very fussy and won’t just do wot u want he takes all into consideration , I probably went in may and I only finished breast feeding 4 months previous he refuses as not great for the breast he wanted to give me a bother ten months so I warred and returned to him and have fab results x

Hi Fairydust. Im booked in for 30th March with Dr Traynor to have 410’s and i do not intend on settling for smaller as they looked gorge in the sports bra at Mya! Im 5″5 and a size 10, but i have large hips with a tiny waist so the bigger implant balances the proportion of my body! Everybody is different and its your body so you go with what feels best as you will be the one looking at them most. My partner wanted a say in my size but i told him that as much as i appreciate his opinion its my body! Good luck everyone with your surgery xxx

Hey guys, Im def going for 410 but scared there not gonna be big enough and not what I expected. I know implants look smaller than normal boobs so I wanna “look” a Full D rather than just measure a D. Did you all have CUI?? I didn’t realise they only done these in high profile and low profile and they only use low profiles on much broader people? Am I being told right?

Sara11 – I’ve just looked at your pics and your boobs are amazing! Im very close to your size pre-op and simular stats I think? So you had 380cc from a 32b? Did you have unders or overs and did you have CUI high profile? Thats the look I want to be and they look so different at 23 days post op to your 7 days post op pics. I’d be well chuft with that x

hi fairydust, I had 380 hp from a 34B CUI implants and now 34E although they look more a D cup, which is what I asked for

I was offered 460cc at my consultation, but chickened out because I thought they would be too big – but the surgeon is the expert and they know what will look good on you going by your measurements. It’s so difficult trying to decide what to go for! Tammy x

im 5 foot, 32a and 7 and a half stone having 340CC Unders. How bout u???? i think we just have to be at the hospital for half 7 and they will call us in whenever throughout the day, im not deffo sure thow! I only booked mine today x x x and whens ure pre op???? x x x

Im 5ft 4, 9 and a half stone and im a 34c (not where they are meant to be after weight loss)im having 410 overs to balance out my tiny waist with larger booty and thighs! Im not sure about my pre op.. whos your PC? i have Kerry xx

hi fairydust, i’ve accepted you hun. I’m 5ft 7″ size 10/12 weigh around 10 stone, I’ve had 3 kids and breast fed them all, so had 34B which needed filling out again. Let me know what you think hun x

Hi Tammy, thank you. Just had a peek and think they look fab. So hard to decide and looking at other girls pictures seems to help so much especially if they have had simular to what has been suggested to you. Thanks again def now decided to go for high profile. It’s just deciding unders or overs now.

Hey I was offered similar choices to you and was really confused by it… I was offered 340, 380 or 410cc hp and also have been given the choice of unders or overs. I also had my consultation with Mr Fallahdar. I am 5’7 (only just) and a size 8, weigh 9st. I have picked the 380’s and decided to go with partial unders as I want a natural look. Haven’t booked yet as I have had another consultation with another surgeon in better location for me. Anyway Goood luck with everything. xx
