Every single person is different in terms of pain and recovery.

I had overs too and I can honestly say I was fine. For the first 3 days I was in discomfort and felt as though my implants were gonna burst through my chest but by day 7 I felt grand and I was back at work and driving by day 8.

It was more uncomfortable than painful as long as you keep on top of your medication and rest as much as possible you’ll be fine. I slept downstairs on the sofa for 5 days and didn’t do much and I swear that helped my recovery x

thats made me feel a bit better :-) i have a 5 month old but i have asked my partner to take a week off work so i can just relax as they told me i wouldnt be able to lift my little girl for a week. Do you think this is long enough and does lifting make them hurt for a long time after the op?

I can’t really advise about lifting hun because I didn’t really need to lift! I have an office job so didn’t really lift at work either. Hopefully someone will be along soon to tell you their exerience. It’s good that your partner has taken a week off work. I slept and rested for 5 days solid and I swear that is why I had such a good recovery x
