Surgery essentials

I am just getting a list of things that may be helpful post op after BA and uplift like a Macon bra, v-pillow etc and wondered what you recommend, was there anything you couldnt have lived without or anything that made the post op period easier?? Or if there is anything you had or you wished you had taken to hospital with you?

Throat sweets for after the opp coz some peopls get a sore throat

Dry shampoo

Keep anything u would normally get down off top shelves around the hom lower down as u wont b able to lift your arms high after your opp xx
