Surgery in 6 days and need some desperate help!!!

Hey girls! My surgery is on Tuesday with dr Helena and I still can’t decide what size to go ! I’m choosing between 340 and 380 unders and I cant decide and am tying myself up in knots tryin to decide!

I’m a size 6, about 5’6 and 7 and a half stone (so pretty tiny) and don’t know what size would be best for my frame!

I’m currently a very small 32aa I think, and have heard that 340 takes you up about 2.5 cup sizes and the 380 quarter of a cup size more, but I’ve heard loads of stories of people going from my size to 30F’s with 340!!!! So confused, I know there is only 3mm projection difference between them, but what about the diameter of the base of the implant – is that bigger too?

So confused so some urgent help would b very very useful please!!! xxxxxxxx

i haven’t had an op at all yet and haven’t decided either but i heard from someone once that you should aim for a cup size bigger than what you have always wanted because you can end up really loving the size you come out of surgery with but then when the swelling goes down and they drop, feel a little disappointed.

i also have no idea how the sizing of the implants works so i understand this might not be of any use to you at all but i hope it can help you a little bit in coming to a decision! xx

im havin surgery with helena on that day im 5ft8 size 10 and 34a im having 410 unders what will take me to a 34d 380 sounds like it could be the write size for u. Are you having it done at higate rochdale?

i went from a 30/32 A to a 30f/32e with 460 high profile overs if thats any help, im also a size 6 and im 5ft 9 and weigh around 8 stone xx

ppl say there a FF cos thats what they measure in la senza! i look a 32dd but i wear a 32f bra in la senza.

this really confuses pre opp girls, when ppl ask me what size i am i always tell them what i look and not what i measure so dont worry about looking a FF i can gaurentee to you 340 or 380 unders wont give u that haha.

go 380, there is hardly anything between the 2 sizes, 1/4 of a cup size probably! go bigger everyone gets boob greed. you will prob look a large c/small d x

I’m having my op on the same day as u! I had the same dilemma too 340 or 380. I’ve picked 380… just waiting on my patient co-ordinator to confirm with the surgeon.

Good luck deciding chick.. jus remember it’s only 0.3cm difference in projection but they are wider too. xx

Sorry I just realised u said you knew it’s 3mm difference in projection. The difference in width is 2mm. xx

I had this problem between the same implants you are choosing between. If u are having cui implants they are very similar in size. there is 0.3cm of a difference in projection and a 0.4 cm difference in diameter which is nothing really. I have chosen 380s as if i go with 340 i may regret not going for those tiny 0. cms diff lol

Hi, I had my BA today and my surgeon came in and said so which size have you decided on… and still at that moment I couldnt answer him, so he told me what he thought would suit, and I completely trust him. The surgeons see 100s of girls a month someone is bound to have your frame and so shes probably the best person to speak to. Tell her what size your leaning towards and see if she agrees. I know its our choice but its not as easy as saying make me a 34DD is it wish it was xx
