SURGERY TOMORROW BUT STILL HAVENT RECIVED LETTER WITH INFORMATION

Hi girls,

i have my surgery booked in tomorrow however, i havent recieved any letter giving me the details yet. I called them up last week about it and they said that they sent it to my OLD address which i dont understand why they would since theyve sent ones to my current address. They then said that they will send me another copy to my current address which i have not recieved yet and had to call them up AGAIN however, this time my Personal Consultant werent available so they said they dont have access to my information (which i think isnt fair since if she dosent come today then i basically wont know what im doing) i tried emailing her and i got an OUT OF OFFICE reply telling me that she will be back on the 3rd of janurary. I will call them up today, just to make sure that they look for my information because its not fair that i may loose my surgery date even after paying in full and giving them the current address. I hope i get some sort of validation after today. Must say im not happy with how things are going up to this point.

Cant see why anyone else can’t look at ur information Hun that’s crap cause my Pc’s off til tomorro but I rang Mya yesterday jus to confirm my implants have been ordered cause I’m gettin worried after all the stuff I read on here an my op is 7th jan, an I spoke to the nurse an she knew everything my op date wat type of Implants I’m havin an reasured me everything will be fine the only thing she couldn’t tell me was my admission time, but readin things like this do worry u loads, hope they sort it for u x

yh, they usually do know when i ask them, however, the girl yesterday said that she didnt know because she couldnt get access to the info which sort of confused me…maybe it was a misunderstanding but its all fine now girls! its been sorted. Thanks for your help.
