Surgery tomorrow – is this real?

omg omg omg! i feel so weird, like im not on this planet – cant believe im havin surgery tomorrow! someone calm me down xx

Don’t worry hun I had terrible pre-op nerves, my op day went really well and the recovery has been a doddle. You are nearly there and I’m sure its all going to be worth it in the end, new boobies, yay xx

I feel exactly the same! Even though me n my boyfriend are in a hotel about 10 mins from highgate haha! I think when I’m actually there it will feel real xx
