Surgery tomorrow with Mr. Adamo! I am 5’4, 115lbs, 34B. Initially was going with a BA and uplift, with 345 ccs over, hp. Decided against the lift though, and Mr. Adamo said I might have to go with a larger implant to add fullness to the top. Decided on 400 cc!

My biggest fear is going too big. I am really petite and have a very small frame. I don’t want to go bigger than a DD. With the 400s, Mr. Adamo said I should be a DD, minimum, which sounds huge to me, but maybe it’s necessary to counterbalance the sagginess I have?

Anyways, just spoken to my PC, will have all three sizes available to choose from tomorrow!! Still don’t know which to choose!!!! 🙄

Thanks everyone for your kind words and advice on this forum, just want to get it over with now, will post before and after pics after tomorrow!

OOO Girls how exciting! I had Mr Adamo last week and constantly panicked over having 410 overs as I thought they would be mahoosive- but actually they are perfect. To be honest, Id have even been happy with 460’s as I hope the swelling doesnt take too much of my size away! You will be fine with 400 and you def wont regret it!! x
