swelling?

i was pressing around my right implant last night and 2 minutes later it swelled up.. it now looks basically like it did at day 1 post op.. im thinking ive just aggravated it? But im not certain?.. has anyone else experienced this? Ive rang the clinic couldnt get through so just left a msg xx
