Swelling?

Hi girls, I’m currently 18 days post op and my recovery has been better than expected. But today I have been shopping and nipped to nandos, I shook a bottle of sauce and since then my right breast has been very swollen, hard and painful! The tightness came almost immediately.
I currently have an ice pack on my right breast to reduce some swelling.
Really worried I may have done some damage over something so small!
Has anyone else experience sudden swelling?
