Swelling?

Hi girls, just needed some advice im on day 3 of my boobies and they look extremley swollen under my arms and on the sides but they arent very full in the middle, i cried when I saw them because I look an extremley odd shape. will they centre when they stop swelling? I have a safety pin in my sports bra t obring them together! and how long till the swelling starts going down?

your only 3 days. swelling is normal hun.does it feel like there under your armpits? in the next few days your see them starting to come together and drop xxx

Yeah If i put a tight top on I look a really odd shape because it sticks out under my arm pits lol. thanks hun xxx

hey natalie, i’m 10 days post op and still swollen too hun, i was feeling fine and no pain until day 7 when my tapes were removed, now I’m sore but i guess its cos all the muscle and skin is stretching and settling. my left boob looks slightly smaller than my right and the nurse says that’s normal. it can take 6 weeks or so for the swelling to go down, how ru feeling now? xx

Im feeling ok, very very swollen still they look ridiculous lol! im having my tapes removed wednesday I think. Im day 4 and had my first pain today Ive just been feeling stiff for days which is normal. hope all goes well with your new boobies! Im dying to see what size mine are going to end up Im gutted that Im in a 32D and swollen so dont want to be smaller than a D! xxxxx

Hi Natalie…dont panic…i heard it takes a good week for the initial swelling to go down and im sure they will even out afterwards…what size implant did you have? xx

I had 380cc implants and they are still very swollen Im on a week now, cant believe how quick its gone! xx

It sure does fly I’m day 13 now. My surgeon says it can take up to 6 weeks for swelling to go down so don’t worry Hun that’s normal. I’m still in loads of pain in my right boob but painkillers are helping. Had no pain at all the first week and overdid it a bit at home so just take plenty of rest. Got my mum over helping while hubbys at work. Can’t manage to look after my 18 month old wee boy at minute. Hopefully won’t last too long. Take care and I’m sure ur swelling will go down soon. Can’t wait to get properly measured xx
