It varies honey from one person to another,I found that the bloating eased when I started walking,I was just going for a gentle stoll around the block,after dark,lol,The bloating seemed to get better as I was moving around,you still need to take it easy but as soon as your up and about it should get better,your body will let you know when you have done to much so don’t exert yourself,make sure you drink lots of water and get plenty of fresh fruit and veg and bran in to your daily diet honey,big hugs.xxx
