Swelling is not a hollow area :-/ anyone else??

Hi everyone, as some of you know that are on my friends I had some bad bruising which was also raised after my BA. I’m now five weeks PO the area which was raised and bruised I noticed last night when I checked that if I lay down it is hollow and it’s the shape of the original raised bit if that makes sense? Worried and wondering why this has happened and if it will change? Has anyone else had this?? Thanks ladies xx
