had a brief dip in the sea yesterday and taking even one or two strokes felt pretty awful. I had unders, so could feel the muscle contracting around the implant. will it always feel like this? I realise I am only 3 weeks post op so shouldn’t really have been doing that in the first place, but it just made me worry- because I love swimming and surfing

    :-(

I know that. But in any event salt water is pretty good for healing. That’s not what Im worried about.. Its the feel of the implant under the muscle that I don’t like :-( xxx

You are still healing honey,it early days, everything needs time to settle, you will still be swollen inside, please dont go in the sea,it dosent matter that its salt water there could be allsorts floating about in there you could get an infection.xxx
