Swimming help !!

Hi girls I am 4 weeks 2 days post op but just wondering when I can start swimming n maybe sit up its doing my head in not doing anything !!!

I wouldn’t start swimming at all until your 6 week check & the okay from the nurses….the clorine & everything wouldn’t be good for your scars still healing, i’d wait till your 6 weeks. I feel the same, it’s driving me crazy lol i’m 5 week’s po xxx
