The scar on my right breast is swollen underneath far more than the one on the left (i can feel a ridge), it also looks square at the bottom. I’m 3 weeks post op today and really worried that this is CC or something :(

I also only took off the steri strips yesterday and there is all pen and sticky over my scars, i can’t even see the pink if there is any.

Jut had a proper look in mirror and the right scar looks loike he’s really hacked into it! The left is very clean and thin, and a small incision with only a little swelling at the very end. Will give the nurse a ring and ask. I don’t have pain, it just looks really bad compared to the other one.

Chick your right handed aren’t you? You might find your actually over working yourself. Some days my scars looked pencil thin, other days they were wonky and unpleasant looking?! Weird! I put it down to over stretching. The scar tissue is so tight, it needs time to heal and become flexible.

Just take it easy over the next week and see if you notice a difference.

Yeh I would take it easy. We forget that that we r healing inside as well, prob cos we can’t c that bit.

My c section scar changes colour if cold/ do too much goes darker and I’ve got scar on my arm that’s old now but that used to change colour when cold and did too much after a while could be a year it’ll just stay a light colour. Hope this helps a little. Xx
