Swollen stomach post op??!!

Anyone else have a swollen stomach?? Im 7 days po and its still so swollen I look 5 months pregnant lol wondering when it’s gonna go down, not that my belly was super flat to begin with but it was nothing like this! People are so gonna think im pregnant when i go back to work next week with a bump and bigger boobs! Ha x

I’m 13 days p.o. and mines still swollen but not as much it’s really high and then round but .. it is going down a little lol think from the research I have done it’ll take a few weeks for it all to disapear xx

So glad I’ve seen this, I’m waddling round really slowly with big hard boobs that are still tender and a huge bloated stomach on a small frame, literally look 6 months pregnant! I’m 4 days post op after overs and have stopped taking my painkillers now and it has helped a little, was hoping it’d be gone before a fortnight! will have to wear a big baggy fleece back to work!

As soon as I stopped taking the codeine I was given my bloating went right down! Hopefully it will go soon Hun xx

I’m the same will be 14dpo tomorrow it has definentley gone down a lot but still not back to normal

I’m 13days p.o. and I didn’t take any painkillers apparently the trauma to your breast cause swelling which travells down your body very slowly lol x

Thanks for the replies girls, so glad it’s not just me haha I’ve stopped taking the co-codamol a few days ago as the pain is finally eased enough to stop them. Definitely feeling my best today!!
Can’t wait for the bloating to go away though, hope it travel s down my body quicker lol maybe my boobs will look bigger then too as I’ve got a bit of boob greed at the moment!!
Charlie, that’s what mines like, swollen but starts really high up, it looks so awful haha. Roll on 3 weeks eh!! xx

I have put in Google about this and found a plastic surgery diet which is to help with bloating it mainly said to avoid salty and high fat foods to help reduce bloating. Try putting in Google plastic surgery diet might be a help I’m going to look more into it to see if it helps. I have my wedding dress fitting in 3 weeks and feel my stomach and sides look massive ????
