Taking bra off?

I’m 2 days post opp and was wondering if I could

Take my sports bra off for an hour as it feels

So tight? Or do I need to keep it on also I’m

I take mine off for half an hour in the mornings as it gets so itchy! I dont think it will do any harm, some surgeons dont even put their girls in bras. Make sure u put it back in though… xx

I had a bra-break every evening for about an hour hun, didnt do me any harm and felt SOOOOOOOOO good
