Taking vitamins before and after surgery

Hi girls. Just wondering if any of you know if I will be ok to take my multiple vitamin tablets before and after my op?? Swear I’ve read somewhere that you can’t?! Xxx

Yeah, MYA say not to take them two weeks before or after surgery. I remember reading somewhere that vitamin E can make you bleed too much for example, so I’m sure it’s just to be on the safe side! x
