taping bandages etc

hi all, im reading alot about certain surgeons taping/bandages etc just wondered which surgeons do this? Is it a good thing? And any advise on what drain is? Any help much appreciated x

I had Mr Traynor as you know. He doesn’t use bandages/taping or surgical drains. I do know that Mr Kazzazi uses both. Surgical drains are used to remove/drain excess fluid from the breasts which you can sometimes get after surgery. All surgeons are different and have their own methods of donig things.

seen pics joanne there fab infact ive seen both your pics and both fantastic, the tapes look tight though joanne were they uncomfortable especially to sleep in? And the sound of drains is scary lol x x

Yeh i had drains, they remove them b4 u leave the hospital, didnt rlly feel them but was a little bit uncomfortable when they took them out but bearable, tapes were really tight but again bearable, was a relief when i got them off a week later, for the first week i slept on the settee with my v pillow as my bed didnt really give me as much support as the settee x x x
