Lou81 and sammy34b will u add me please so I can have a look. I went for my consultation today and she saidd that only 2 surgeons do the tear drop implants because they are likely to flip over it put me off abit and they suggested the round ones. Xx

p.s only surgeons who are not trained in this type has flipping Mr Adamo specialises in them [he’s from italy where anatomicals are more popular than round – round is very british apparently]

Mr A has only seen one flip in hundreds if done correctly more chance of cc and rippling then turning- very uncommon.

if you literally have no fat or breast tissue on your top half in my opinion they would be great for you- otherwise unders would be a good bet as you are less likely to see the implant but takes longer to heal etc. x

My right boob was a lot smaller then my left and I already prefer the look of the right one.

So I defo think that the smaller you are the better the anatomicals will look.

i have the same issue with my right boob being smaller! i was also told by my pc that dr. adamo scars are tiny !which is great! thanks for the advice lou81 xx

I know Me Adamo prefers them not really too sure about other surgeons but if you go on to the Anaromicals group you can find out from some of the girls on their which surgeon’s they had.

mainly the feel of them- ask your surgeon to see all types of implant and have a good prod and feel and you can decided which one you want- there are also responsives.
