tear drop implants vs round

hi girls, new to this site, i cant deciede between 340cc tear drop implants or rounded overs. the surgeon i saw suggested between 300-340cc but can go up to 400cc.

Im a small 34c size 10-12, 5f2 and was hopping for a big dd/e. what sort of size would i come out with the tear drops or rounded. and is there anyone else with similar stats to me as most the girls i find on here are all having it done from a/b sizes.

Was hoping for natural looking but with a perement clevage like the glamour models! I no the tear drops wont be as big as the rounded so should i maybe go for a higher cc if have the tear drops!
